lPresenter's Biography:

Dr. Zhi Liu is a professor at the University of Electro-Communications in Japan. He earned his Ph.D. in Informatics from the National Institute of Informatics in Japan. Professor Liu's research interests include video network transmission and mobile edge computing. He currently serves as a committee member for Springer Wireless Networks and IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society, as well as being a senior member of the IEEE.

With the continuous popularity and development of smart grids in our daily lives, timely maintenance and monitoring become increasingly important. However, for certain regions, such as mountainous areas, monitoring and maintaining smart grids present unique challenges. Mobile IT infrastructure emerges as a promising solution.
